David Murry to Miss Texas

It appears that I will not be going to Texas Motor Speedway. I just found out that I have a growth on my right kidney and need to have it removed. Surgery will take place next week and I should be up and running in time for Sebring. I have no pain. I had some X-rays, CT scan, and ultra sound which it showed up on.

I will miss the first race of the series and it is disappointing. The Kelly Moss team is such a great team that I am looking forward to sinking my teeth into. It will be tough to watch from the sidelines. We have already done a little testing and the cars feel great. I am not sure who will be my replacement for Texas yet as this was just discovered. I wish them well in Texas. I am looking forward to getting back in the seat!
