  • SRO has removed their test ban for this event for competitors competing in their June 4-6 VIR event.
  • The VIR Hospitality Team is ready to serve you breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Place your teamorder at the link and we'll take care of preparing and delivering your meals to you.

  • Frisby Tire: will be providing tire support. Please get with them in advance to let them know your tire needs and order tires.

  • Total Fuel: will be sure you have fuel if you let them know in advance.

  • Sunoco Fuel: self-service fuels (both leaded and unleaded) are available at the fuel island in the north paddock for purchase by credit card only.
  • Load in: is planned for June 1 starting at 5:30pm subject to change. Details to follow in an email to registrants before the event.
  • Co Drivers: Registration for co drivers will close May 26 @5pm.
  • AMG: Factory support will be present to support AMG teams. Contact them in advance for any specific needs.
  • LOAD IN PARKING: Tuesday, June 1
  • DMTD ONLY (NOT PARTICIPATING IN SRO):  Please plan to arrive at VIR no later than 4:30pm on Tuesday afternoon and stage at Gate D2 (Ryan’s Way, facing North Paddock Road).  At  5:00pm, VIR Security will direct you to parking areas in the North Paddock.  This option will close promptly at 5:30pm at which time SRO will begin their general load-in. The paddock must be vacated by 5:30pm on Thursday.
  • DMTD/SRO (PARTICIPATING IN BOTH EVENTS):  When arriving at VIR, please proceed through the main gate and you will be staged in the South Paddock.  The North Paddock will be opened to these participants at 5:30pm.  Parking will be at the direction of SRO representatives.
  • REGISTRATION:  Will take place in the Driver Meeting Room (downstairs from the garages/pit lane suites) on Wednesday morning from 7:00am and will close promptly at 7:55am.  You will be required to sign our Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement and will then be issued a windshield sticker and driver wristband.  NOTE: wristbands will not be issued to any unregistered drivers.   • DRIVER MEETING: There will be a mandatory driver meeting on Wednesday morning at 8:00am in the Driver Meeting Room.
  • RETAIL STORE:  The TMI Autotech retail store is located in at the end of the concession building nearest to the fuel island.
  • LUNCH VOUCHERS:  Each primary driver will be issued four (4) lunch vouchers for each day at Wednesday morning’s registration.  Each voucher has a maximum value of $15 and may only be used at The Pagoda Grill.
  • TRACK DAMAGE:  Drivers are financially responsible for any damage that they cause to race track property including, but not limited to, tire barriers, guard rails and posts.  Additionally, any absorbent material used to clean up after spills or fire suppression equipment expended will be billed to the driver of the car.
