PARKING: Parking for all DMTD participants will be at the sole direction of SRO representatives and will begin at 8:00am on Tuesday, June 14.
Pit Lane: Cold pits will be available to set up during load in and starting at 8am Wed & Thur. Please use your SRO assigned pits.
TRACK SCHEDULE: With high interest in our VIR June 15-16 event we will run 2 groups, alternating from 8:30am to 5:30pm nonstop to ensure quality track time.
8:30am- 10:50am Group White
11:00am- 1:20pm Group Green
1:30pm- 3:25pm Group White
3:35pm- 5:30pm Group Green
REGISTRATION: Will take place in the room above the Pagoda Grill in the North Paddock from 7:00am and will close promptly at 7:55am. You will be required to sign our Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement and will then be issued a driver wristband and event windshield sticker. **NOTE: UNREGISTERED DRIVERS WILL NOT BE ISSUED A WRISTBAND AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ACCESS TO THE TRACK.**
DRIVER MEETING: There will be a mandatory driver meeting on Wednesday morning at 8:00am. The meeting will be above the Pagoda Grill and will take place immediately after driver registration closes.
FUEL: Self-service Sunoco fuels (both leaded and unleaded) are available at the fuel island in the North Paddock for purchase by credit card only. VP fuel can be can be ordered from: https://bit.ly/DavidMurryTrackDays for delivery to the track. THE DEADLINE FOR ORDERING VP FUEL IS JUNE 1.
LUNCH VOUCHERS: Each primary driver will be issued eight (8) lunch vouchers. Each voucher can be redeemed for one prepared box lunch in the room upstairs from the Pagoda Grill.
RETAIL STORE: The TMI Autotech retail store is located in the end of the concession building nearest to the fuel island.
TRACK DAMAGE: Drivers/teams are financially responsible for any damage that they cause to race track property including, but not limited to, tire barriers guard rails and posts. Additionally, any absorbent material used to clean up after spills or fire suppression equipment expended will be billed to the driver of the car.
