ANY DRIVERS OR CREW UNDER 18 CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY TO GET THE PROPER WAIVERS RETURNED AND APPROVED BY IMS "BEFORE ARRIVAL" TO THE TRACK.
PARKING/LOAD IN: DMTD participants may access the paddock/garages at 5:00pm and THE SPEEDWAY FACILITY WILL CLOSE AT 9pm on Sunday, August 14. Enter Gate 2, see attached map.
GARAGES: Garages will be assigned 1 per car registration. Team name will be on a placard in the garage upon arrival.
FACILITY HOURS: Indianapolis Motor Speedway facility will be open Sunday/August 14 from 5pm to 9pm, Monday/August 15 from 7:00am until 7:00pm, and Tuesday/August 16 from 7:00am until 7:00pm. They will not be open 24 hours.
TRACK WALK: You may walk the track August 15 from 7:00am until 7:50am. Walking only.
RENTAL CAR DRIVE: There will be no rental car laps.
CLASSROOM: Our classroom for this event will be in the "Legends Row Room"
REGISTRATION: Will take place in the classroom on Monday morning at 7:00am and will close promptly at 7:55am. All drivers will be required to sign our Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement and will then be issued a windshield sticker and a wristband good for both days.
DRIVER MEETING: There will be a MANDATORY driver meeting in the classroom, Monday at 8:00am. There will be no meeting Tuesday.
HOURS: The track will be hot from 8:30am until 4:30pm with a break for lunch from 12:00pm to 1:00pm each day.
LUNCH: We will be providing lunch for all drivers and crew, each day, in the driver meeting room. Service will be available from 11:00am until 2:00pm.

RACE CONTROL RADIOS: Will be available from DMTD after the driver meeting.
REMINDER: Drivers are financially responsible for any damage they cause to race track property including, but not limited to, guard rails, tire barriers, grass areas and posts. Additionally, any absorbent materials used to clean up after leaks, spills, etc. or fire suppression equipment expended will be billed back to the driver of the car.
