***SEBRING INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY MANDATES THAT FACE COVERINGS BE WORN AT ALL TIMES ANYWHERE INSIDE***
STAGING: will be available on the skid pad starting at 8:00am on Sunday, the 20th. Access is through GATE 4 (Carroll Shelby Road).
LOAD IN: Track operations indicates that 5:30pm Sunday, February 20 is our planned start to load in.
PIT ROAD GARAGE STALLS: are available on a first-come, first- served basis.
REGISTRATION: will take place in the Gallery of Legends building on Monday morning from 7:15am and will close promptly at 7:55am. You will be required to sign our Release and Waiver of Liability agreement and will then be issued an event sticker and a driver wristband. WRISTBANDS WIL NOT BE ISSUED TO UNREGISTERED DRIVERS.
DRIVER INFORMATION: If event registrations have been completed by team (or other) personnel but do not have driver-specific details, we still require information for each driver. DRIVER MEETING: There will be a MANDATORY DRIVER MEETING ON MONDAY MORNING AT 8:00AM in the Gallery of Legends building. The meeting will be conducted in the larger of the two rooms which has a capacity of 300. We will have 35 chairs, spaced well apart, for the meeting.
LUNCH: We will be providing lunch (sandwiches, tea, lemonade, etc.) for all drivers and crew in the Gallery of Legends building. Service will be available from 11:00am to 2:00pm each day. Tables and chairs will be available. Please remember to practice social distancing while in the building.
